Question: How Do
I Reserve a Date?
Answer: A deposit of $3,000 and a signed
charter agreement will reserve your date.

Question: When is the Final Guest Count and Payment?
Answer: Your final guaranteed guest count is due 14
business days prior to your event. Your final payment is due 10 business days prior to your event. If not paid in the 10 day period,
ONLY cash or certified funds are accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS,
sorry.

Question: What Are
the Charter Times?
Answer: Our day charters are from 12:00 p.m.
- 4:00 p.m. and evening charters can
be anytime after 6:00 p.m.

Question: What About Extra Time?
Answer: If you would like to go more than 4 hours,
the time will be prorated by the hour for the vessel
fee, fuel, bar, and entertainment, plus a 6% sales tax
and a 20% service charge.

Question: When Will
We Board?
Answer: Guests may board 15 minutes prior to
the charter. The bar will then open at that time.

Question: What About Parking?
Answer: Parking is available for charters from our Home
Dock. It is a public lot and
you can park your car all day if necessary. We will
provide you with a map and directions to enclose with
your invitation.

Question: Outside
Vendors?
Answer: We highly suggest that you use the vendors that we recommend.
We gladly provide you with a list of their names and
phone numbers. Any outside vendors hired, MUST have
a 1 million dollar liability insurance policy and list
us as additional insured. They must also be approved
by our event coordinator prior to engaging their services.

the Admission Fee?
Answer: Adults pay $18 per
person, Seniors are $16, Juniors (4-10) are $11,
and Children under 4 $4.

Answer: Yes, our Tour Boat is available at

long is Your Riverfront Tour?
Answer: Each tour is approximately 1 1/2 hours.

the departure times?
Answer: Please check our full public cruise calendar at Zerve, our ticketing company, for daily cruise schedules. Typically, tours are scheduled
for 10.30, 12:30, 2:30pm, 4:30pm, 6:00pm, Monday
thru Sunday (7 days a week 365 days a year)
rain or shine.

Question: Are Your Captains licensed?
Answer: We have some of the finest captains in the South Florida
area and they are all coast guard licensed and drug
tested.

about Parking?
Answer:Parking is available for charters from our Home Dock. It is a public lot and the cost is $3.00 dollars per car for all day. We will provide you with a map and directions upon purchasing tickets.
